It is registered with AISA and the respected Ministry of Trade and commerce under the license number D-80532 of Islamic republic of Afghanistan. Gulzai international produces variety of disposable papers in Afghanistan. It is located in the Industrial state, Sarak Naw Dispatchery, Kabul Afghanistan. Gulzai International is in expansion mode the company aims to export across the border to International market. Along with other objectives of Gulzai International it is our core ambitions to contribute in the progress and rehabilitation of Afghanistan.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement a business and sales/marketing strategy plan for retail & W. sales that ensures
  • attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Promoting the company existing brands and introducing new product to the market.
  • Train and coach the sales team in their capacity building to strengthen market behavior as well as to
  • meet sales and marketing objectives.
  • Research and develop market opportunities and understand customer requirement and suggesting
  • system improvements to achieve company sales and marketing goals.
  • Strengthen the bridge between customers and company and assist the sales team in the areas of
  • communication, sales and reporting on successes and areas needs improvements.
  • Maintaining relationship with important clients by regular phone calls and visit.
  • Gather, organize and analysis information such as market behavior, competition etc.
  • Collect customer feedback weekly and taking immediate actions for any inconvenience.
  • Supervise daily, weekly and monthly meeting with sales operation on sales issues.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Identify team members with incapability, unreliability and fraudulent.
  • Regular schedule visit for market and expand Route plan and keep up to date customer database for the following: Retail, b. Wholes sale, b. Restaurants.

Job Requirements:

The applicant must have at least bachelor/Master Degree , having at least 3 years of experience in the relevant feild . Good knowledge of Microsoft office package, such as Word, excel, will be plus point.
