هدف وظیفه: نصب و راه اندازی، تشخیص نواقص در شبکه و حل مشکلات فنی به وجود آمده به صورت تلفنی و یا حضوری برای مشتریان و مشترکین در اسرع وقت می‌باشد
مسئولیت های وظیفوی:
1. نصب لینک های انترنتی و ارائه خدمات مشاوره شبکه ای برای مشتریان و همکاری با آنها برای تشخیص مشکل و حل آن.
2. توانایی نصب لینکهای PTP, M2MP
4. نصب لینک های مشتریان و تاور ها مطابق به استندرد ها از قبل تعین شده
5. توانایی ارزیابی وسایل تخنیکی دفتر برای عیب یابی، رفع عیب و نصب آن در شبکه.
6. ثبت، نگهداری فورم های حل مشکل مشتریان و شریک ساختن زمانبندی حل مشکل به مشتری و شرکت.
7. نصب لینک ها و وصل وسایل تخنیکی مطابق به جدول مربوطه با پلان قبلی طرح شده از طرف مدیر مربوطه در اسرع وقت.
8. تجزیه و تحلیل مشکل در لینک یا وسایل تخنیکی مشتری، جهت تصمیم گیری برای حل اساسی مشکل در اسرع وقت.
9. تسلیم دهی فایل‌های آموزشی برای راهنمایی مشتریان - مشترکین جهت استفاده بهتر از شبکه.
10. حضور در محل مشتری برای ارزیابی دستگاه تخنیکی در اسرع وقت جهت تشخیص و تثبیت مشکل و حل آن.
11. بازدید، و بررسی از وسایل شرکت در محل های وصل شده و لینک های مشتریان برای جلوگیری از مشکلات آینده و ارایه پیشنهاد برای بهترشدن شبکه
13. انجام کارهای دیگر که از اداره برایش سپرده میشود.
شرایط استخدام:
• داشتن سند تحصیلی از رشته های کمپیوتر ساینس ، IT ، داشتن تجربه از 2 الی 3 سال مرتبط به کار
• داشتن سند فراعت از کورس های CCNP, CCNA, MTCNA
