GAAC Holding Afghanistan is a subsidiary company of GAAC Holding SPV LTD, a UAE based company of global best in class partners with specialist in airport management and extensive experience working in emerging markets. With circa 1,000 employees in Afghanistan, GAAC provides ground handling and aviation security services in different international airports, including Kabul, Heart, Kandahar and Mazar-e-Sharif.

• Support the maintenance and operation of IT and computer systems, focusing on airport operational platforms and passenger processing technologies.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of IT activities to ensure the smooth operation of electronic data systems across the airport.
• Provide technical support to IT team members and end-users; help train new staff on systems and best practices as needed.
• Help implement and monitor IT systems, policies, and procedures in accordance with international aviation standards and organizational objectives.
• Ensure data security, monitor network access, and maintain system backups to support operational continuity.
• Collaborate with airport departments and stakeholders to provide IT solutions aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical issues promptly to minimize system downtime.
• Participate in periodic audits of IT systems and assist in evaluating outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
• Help enforce information security protocols and contribute to safeguarding digital assets.
• Support budgeting processes by monitoring IT-related expenditure and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

• Must have bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience on the field, preferrable with reputable organizations
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English, Dari/Pashto – written and spoken
• Computer skills: Proficiency in Office 365, D365 and knowledge of networking.
• Holding certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, Azure Fundamentals are preferred
