Organization for Sustainable Aid in Afghanistan (OSAA) is a non-governmental, non-profit, women-led organization with no dependence on any political group or party and is a development and humanitarian organization. OSAA was officially registered with the Afghan Ministry of Economy as a national NGO in 2015, aiming to foster the economic and social development of society, in particular women in Afghanistan. Job Descriptions:

Objectives of Job:

The Finance and HR officer is responsible for all financial aspects of the project. S/he manages the budget, prepares financial reports, and ensures that all financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically. Also, s/he is responsible for managing every aspect of the project’s employment process, including orientation and training new staff members according to HR policy.

 

Job Requirements:

- Graduate of approved faculties (preferable in Economics and Public Administrations)

- Having 2 years of relevant work experience in Finance and HR.
- Having strong skills in communication, verbal and written communication, and report writing.

- The candidate should be able to work independently and as member of team demonstrating;

  • Speaking by Afghanistan official languages
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
