We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Officer to join our team at Aypro, a leading smart home solutions company in Afghanistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, increase brand awareness, and support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms and online presence
• Create marketing content including flyers, ads, and presentations
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Coordinate with the sales team to align strategies
• Build relationships with potential clients and partners
• Participate in exhibitions and promotional events
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
• Identify and approach potential clients, especially within the construction and real estate sectors
• Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
• Build strong relationships with partners, distributors, and customers
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
• Report on sales activities, forecasts, and performance to senior management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role (experience in smart home, tech, or construction industry is a plus)
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of the local market and sales channels
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluent in Dari and Pashto (English is a plus)
• Must be based in [Kabul/Afghanistan] or willing to relocate
