Job Description: 

The Strength of every organization is effective Financial Management & this position needs a qualified candidate with minimum 5 years of experience in the related field. The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial recordkeeping, compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role ensures financial health through budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and recording.

• Reporting directly to the CEO. 

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Lead the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with national tax laws and oversee preparation of tax returns.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax offices, and regulatory bodies.

• Manage customs-related financial processes for imported goods, including cost tracking and documentation.

• Maintain financial records in an organized and auditable format.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes and track budget performance.

• Implement and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.

• Provide financial insights to management to support decision-making.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data.

• Train and supervise finance staff as needed.

• Perform other duties assigned by the CEO.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems) and Excel.

• In-depth knowledge of tax laws, financial regulations, and customs procedures.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
