Job Summary

The Regional Manager will be a critical member of the Business Development team. The Regional Manager is a supervisory-level position and entails crucial responsibilities. The primary responsibility of the position will be to supervise a day to day sales activity in the region and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and participate in sales and marketing activities of the region, including trade shows and marketing tours, development relationships with potential and actual clients and sales offices.
• Implements plans and strategies in line with the overall goals and objective of Avsion Pharma in the region.
• Manages Sales in the region considering overall organization Standard and Goals
• Manages relationship with key sales representative of the Avison Pharma in a timely and professional manner ensuring positive relationship with them.
• Manages and supervise a Marketing team in the region, generating new business for the organization.
• Advises and supports the sales representative and agencies in the region,
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports
• Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to understand the market better in the region
• Continually assess innovative marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales in the region
• Stay up-to-date on current market trends in the region
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Conduct pre-qualification assessments of the clients and assist them in preparing reports
• Responsible for the overall collection and recovery of loans in the region 
• Travel to other province to represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market.
• Any other related task assigned by the leadership of the company

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be preferred.

5 years’ experience in marketing.

Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
