1. Objectives

The objective of this engagement is to secure professional real estate services that ensure efficient, transparent, and legally compliant property transactions in alignment with the Client’s requirements.

2. Scope of Services

• Identify, evaluate, and present suitable properties consistent with the Client’s specifications.
• Arrange inspections, site visits, and meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial terms and conditions of sale, purchase, or lease on behalf of the Client.
• Advise on prevailing market conditions, pricing trends, and statutory obligations.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of all requisite documentation and agreements.
• familiar with financial concepts and practices
• Coordinate with legal counsel, valuers, surveyors, and government authorities as may be required.
• Familiar with Tax rules and regulation of Afghanistan
• Submit periodic progress reports to the Client.

3. Deliverables

• A shortlist of properties meeting the Client’s criteria.
• Due diligence reports and valuation assessments where applicable.
• Drafts of agreements or contracts related to transactions.
• Regular written status updates during the course of engagement.

4. Duration of employment

One Year with possibility of extension  

5. Reporting and Communication

The Property dealer shall report directly to [Admin Manager] and provide updates via [email/telephone/meetings]

6. Confidentiality

The property Dealer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information, documents, and data obtained in the course of performing the Services and shall not disclose such information to third parties except as required by law.

7. Compliance and Ethics

The property dealer undertakes to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional ethical standards governing real estate transactions.

• Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university
• Proven track record in the real estate sector with a minimum of [5] years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in property valuation, negotiation, and transaction facilitation.
• Comprehensive understanding of local property laws, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and ethical standards consistent with industry best practices.
