Omaid Bahar Group, with over a few decades of experience in both domestic as well as international business has now established a fruit processing factory in Kabul, Afghanistan. Omaid Bahar Fruit Processing Facility is the first and only factory of its kind in Afghanistan.

The factory is the state-of-the-art facility with the most modern fruit processing technology imported from Italy and Sweden. The factory operates to the highest international standards of hygiene and safety. As such it is one of handful factories in Afghanistan to have received ISO 22000 and HACCP certificates.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Salesman is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Summary:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Present and demonstrate products to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics and provide feedback to management.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market research.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the products or services being sold.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and after-sales support.

Education & Experience Requirements:

•  12^th grade, (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
•  Experience: At-least 6 years of relevant working experience in Sales with processing and distribution of food & beverage.

Language Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dari and Pashto
