Job Descriptions:

1. Purpose of the Position

Support the marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns to promote commercial spaces, retail units, and residential apartments, build brand awareness, and drive qualified leads for sales and leasing.

 

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for commercial spaces and apartment projects.
  • Create and update property brochures, flyers, signage, and social media content specifically targeting business tenants and apartment buyers.
  • Manage and maintain property listings for commercial and apartment units on the company website, real estate portals, and social media.
  • Coordinate marketing events such as open houses, tenant tours, broker meetups, and property launch events.
  • Conduct market visits and competitor analysis for commercial leasing rates and apartment sales trends.
  • Prepare marketing databases of leads, prospective tenants/buyers, and handle follow-up communication.
  • Assist with reporting and analytics on the performance of marketing campaigns for commercial and apartment units.

 

3. Deliverables

  • Daily and Weekly updates on marketing activities for both commercial and apartment properties to Line Manager
  • Up-to-date property listings and promotional materials.
  • Monthly reports on marketing campaign performance and lead generation.

Job Requirements:

4. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the commercial or residential real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for preparing marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with real estate portals, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and creative design skills.
  • Control of social media platforms.
  • Market visit for attracting new customers.
  • Photo and video Editing skills.
  • Ability of customer control and working under pressur

    5. Reporting Line

     

    The Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Marketing and Sales Manager .

    6. Duration

    This is a full-time position with an initial contract period of one (1) year, subject to performance review and potential extension.

    7. Duty Station

    The position will be based at the company’s head office in Kabul, with frequent travel to project sites and client meetings as required.
