Katawazai, one of Afghanistan’s leading real estate developers, is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officers / Sales Managers to join our team. If you have a proven talent for sales and deal closing, we want you-regardless of your background.
The ideal candidates will have proven expertise in real estate sales, client relationship management, and deal closing, contributing directly to the success and growth of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other real estate companies.
Present properties, pricing, and payment plans effectively to potential buyers.
Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
Coordinate with marketing and project teams to support sales campaigns.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.
