Bank-e-Millie Afghan (BMA) is the foremost first financial institution of Afghanistan established in 1933. Similarly, it was the first financial institution established in a public-private partnership set up with a 72% share held by the private sector. The Branch IT + Western Union (WU) Assistant is responsible for providing technical support and assistance with IT systems in the branch, ensuring the efficient operation of banking technology. Additionally, this role encompasses managing Western Union transactions and services, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in BCS and master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: 3 years of experience and previous experience in IT support within a banking or financial services environment is a plus.
