Our Goal

Our primary goal is to guide students toward genuine, measurable mastery of English in the shortest possible time — not through rote memorization, but through natural, research-based learning that mirrors how native speakers acquire language. The Rashidun curriculum is built on a fresh, scientifically structured collection of 12 comprehensive books, inspired by the standards of the University of Cambridge and developed with the input of 37 professors from 12 countries, including Japan, Mexico, Australia, Turkey, Russia, China, Qatar, Oman, the UAE, Palestine, and Saudi Arabia.

Each book includes updated visuals, modern cultural content, videos, and short practical assignments connecting classroom learning with real-world communication.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Be able to communicate in English. 
• Oversee the daily academic and administrative operations of the English Program
• Supervise teachers and ensure the implementation of Rashidun teaching standards
• Coordinate academic schedules, teacher-training sessions, and departmental meetings
• Maintain communication with parents, students, and administration
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Ensure a respectful, disciplined, and interactive learning environment
• Support the General Director in academic planning and quality assurance

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in English, Education, or related fields)
• At least 5 years of experience in teaching or academic management
• Strong command of English language (Fluent, or 1-year English diploma)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in private educational institutions preferred
• Ability to manage a team and maintain professional discipline
