About Vision Development Organization:

Vision Development Organization (VDO) is an independent, social and legal non-profit, non-political and non-governmental organization established in January 07, 2015. The organization is established and run by an Afghan woman with a strong and committed team to respond to the development needs of Afghanistan such as; educational, advocacy, human rights, environmental, health and economical perspectives. VDO is committed to work for the welfare and progress of society with focus on abovementioned areas.

• Conduct regular field visits to project sites in Nangarhar Province to monitor project activities.
• Implement M&E tools and processes to track progress, achievements, and challenges.
• Collect data from field visits, district officers, and project teams to evaluate project performance.
• Ensure alignment of project implementation with established matrices and indicators.
• Validate program data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Produce timely and comprehensive M&E visit reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Input data and findings into the organization's monitoring system.
• Maintain organized and secure documentation of all M&E activities, reports, and data.
• Facilitate processes for feedback collection from beneficiaries and stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency and responsiveness in project implementation.

Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Statistics, Research or a related field. 

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, preferably within the NGO sector or similar organizations.
