OCCD works in partnership with Government, development and implementing partners in Health, Education, Agriculture and Livestock, Research and Development

 

Job Descriptions:

  • Enter Health, Nutrition, and EPI data from BMGF project health facilities into approved systems (e.g., DHIS2, Activity Info, Excel, or organizational MIS).
  • Verify, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Compile and submit routine reports (monthly) according to BMGF project and NGO timelines.
  • Maintain organized digital and hard-copy records of source documents and databases.
  • Coordinate with health facility staff, supervisors, and MEAL teams to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Support MEAL and program teams during data quality audits, supervision visits, and evaluations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of health and beneficiary data.
  • Assist in preparing datasets for analysis, monitoring, and donor reporting.
  • Comply with national HMIS, BPHS/EPHS guidelines, SOPs, and organizational data quality standards.
 

Job Requirements:

Experience:

  1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Information Management, Statistics, IT, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry or health information management within BPHS/EPHS or NGO programs.
  3. Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel and data entry platforms.
  4. Familiarity with Health, Nutrition, and EPI indicators and reporting tools.
  5. High attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Fluency in Dari and Pashto; basic English skills preferred.
