Clock Tower Cars UK is looking to hire 3 professional female Call Center Agents to provide customer support remotely. The agents will be responsible for answering calls from UK-based clients, providing location and transportation information, assisting with bookings, and ensuring customers are picked up and dropped off on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a polite and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about pickup points, drop-off locations, and estimated arrival times.
Assist customers with booking taxis and coordinating with drivers.
Record customer details and requests clearly in the system.
Handle inquiries, concerns, and changes in bookings with efficiency.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-up.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience in a call center or customer support role preferred.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
Punctual, responsible, and motivated to work from home.
