Job Descriptions:

The Finance & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial, administrative, and logistical activities at the project site. The position ensures proper financial controls, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with organizational policies.

Job Requirements:

Finance:

  • Maintain proper financial records, cashbooks, vouchers, and supporting documents

  • Prepare and process payments, advances, and petty cash transactions

  • Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and procedures

  • Prepare daily financial reports and submit them to head office

Administration:

  • Manage office administration and filing systems at the project site

  • Support procurement processes and maintain inventory records

  • Handle HR-related documentation (attendance, leave records, contracts)

  • Coordinate with logistics and program teams for smooth project operations
