Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD) is a global humanitarian relief and development organization responding to human sufferings in emergency and disaster situations anywhere all over the world regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, color, cultural diversity and social background.

HHRD Afghanistan (Regional Office of Helping Hand USA) got registered as an international INGO in February 2014 with the number of (402) with the ministry of economy in Afghanistan to serve Afghan destitute families all over Afghanistan, HHRD Afghanistan needs three  Social Organizers  for Orphan sUpport Program who will assist in the implementation of OSP project , and the candidate will receive 19000 AFN monthly , the candidate will be traveling usually to Kunar and Laghman provinces twice a week.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct proper need Assessment for selection of geographical area and program designing, planning and smooth execution of OSP and other projects of HHRD in Laghman, Kunar  and Nangarhar provinces.
• Introduce HHRD at community & filed level for better image building.
• Ensure high-quality and successful Implementation of HHRD OSP and other project in Laghman and Nangarhar provinces.
• Submit monthly activity report and plans of OSP activities to supervisor and CD.
• Collect data of OSP & upload educational progress, health and social reports of all sponsored children on portal, and maintain records in hard in the office
• Conduct meetings with Orphans’ mothers, guardians, principles and community stake holders for their Protection
• Arrange safe distributions of all OSP & others HHRD Project and Programs in Laghman and Nangarhar Provinces.
• Conduct different sessions with sponsored Orphans, their mothers and key stakeholders for their grooming & upliftment
• Help HHRD staff in proper implementation of OSP, ERDMP and Seasonal Program
• Establish good liaison with different authorities of line departments on provincial level
• Timely submit project quarterly and semiannual reports to MOEc & relevant government directorates
• Attend weekly and monthly staff meetings in Kabul office or online
• Maintain record of all bills and reports at field & Main office Kabul

Execute other duties as may be assigned by the Regional Director.

Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelor of Sharia or Law from a recognized university
• At least three years of proven experience of working with NGOs in the relevant position.
• Good communication skills in English, Dari and Pashto
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must know Ms.Office package , Pashto, Dari and English typing
