Under the direct supervision of the relevant Head of Department  and in close collaboration with other departments heads  will be responsible for ensuring effective and timely communication, web development,  designing and  effective use of Network and computers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement website architecture and user interfaces
• Create innovative and visually appealing graphics, layouts, and visual elements for marketing campaigns, social media, and other communication materials.
• Develop branding materials including logos, brochures, and packaging designs that align with the organization’s identity.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective designs.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to users regarding computer, hardware, software, network maintenance, administration and maintaining free of computer virus information and communication technologies environment
• Undertake planned regular maintenance of ICT equipment.
• Plans and supervises installation and relocation of new computers, printers’ LAN
• Maintain an inventory of computer hardware, software, and licenses and report on a monthly basis
• Be able to restore a server or client files from a backup
• Installing, configuring, administering, maintaining and troubleshooting Windows OS and applications like MS-Office, Visual Studio .NET, Crystal Reports et al;
• Install and update all necessary soft wares in computers.
• Check all computers of the office regularly to make sure that they are virus free and are not having any unnecessary programs
• Establish a networking system among the Computer users within head office and ensure that field offices also have a similar system
• Establish Tele Conference Facility through Internet among departments, provincial office or other official business when needed.
• Check the Internet System in Head Office and Provincial Offices and make sure that it is having the similar speed contracted with Service providers.
• Maintain all records of the contracts with Internet Service Providers of Head Office and provincial Offices

• Qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Networking, designing  or other related field with having 3 years of relevant experiences or having a bachelor degree in the related fields with 5 years of relevant experiences.
• Also having a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) Certification, Cisco Certified Network administrator (CCNA) Certification will be an asset.

Computer knowledge, filing and fundamental of database understanding Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Dari and Pashto essential and as well as having good interpersonal skills Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team, proactive with good problem-solving skills, has the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of people
