We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Hospital Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our healthcare facility. The Hospital Manager will be responsible for administrative management, staff coordination, financial oversight, and maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
• Oversee daily hospital operations including clinical services, pharmacy, emergency care, laboratories, IPD/OPD, and diagnostic services
• Ensure continuous availability of medicines, medical supplies, and functional equipment
• Coordinate with all departments to improve patient flow and efficient use of resources
• Supervise hospital staff including recruitment, orientation, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution
• Ensure adequate staffing levels, duty schedules, and rotations
• Support staff training, development, and compliance with HR policies
• Implement and monitor Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) measures
• Ensure adherence to national clinical guidelines and treatment protocols
• Lead quality improvement activities and clinical audits
• Manage patient feedback and complaints professionally and promptly
• Develop and manage hospital budgets in coordination with finance teams
• Monitor expenditures, procurement, and proper use of hospital resources
• Track hospital performance indicators (bed occupancy, mortality rates, service utilization, etc.)
• Ensure accurate and timely data reporting to donors and authorities
• Use data for planning and improving healthcare services
• Collaborate with partners on referrals, training, technical support, and emergency response
• Ensure compliance with donor regulations and national healthcare policies
• Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and disaster response plans
• Lead hospital response during disease outbreaks and health emergencies
• Ensure safety and security protocols for patients, staff, and hospital assets
