Job Description
Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company sales targets, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with customers. The role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Planning & Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
2. Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Provide training and guidance to improve sales skills.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
5. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams.
- Ensure smooth order processing and product delivery.
- Communicate company policies and promotions to the sales team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.
