Job Description

• Lead the implementation of CBNI activities according to project plans, guidelines, and donor requirements.

• Develop annual and monthly work plans for nutrition interventions.

• Ensure effective delivery of community-based nutrition services at health facilities and community level.

• Support integration of nutrition services with other health services

• Provide technical guidance to nutrition staff including supervisors, nutrition counselors, and community health workers. • Ensure implementation of CBNP program at community level.

• Monitor project progress against targets and indicators.

• Ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and documentation of nutrition activities.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and donors.

• Conduct supportive supervision visits of health posts and communities.

• Coordinate closely with provincial health directorate and BPHS project authorities.

• Participate in health and nutrition coordination meetings.

• Strengthen collaboration with community leaders and health committees.

• Ensure proper use of resources and compliance with CHA policies

• Coordinate logistics and supplies related to nutrition activities.

Job Requirements

Graduated from recognized medical university.

• At least 2 years of experience in health and nutrition programs.

• Strong project management skills.

• Knowledge of community-based nutrition interventions.

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation of health programs.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good report writing and communication skills
