Just for Afghan Capacity and Knowledge (JACK) is an independent, non-governmental, non-Profit, non-Political and non-Sectarian Organization working in Afghanistan since 2001 in the areas of health, nutrition, education, development and emergency with an aim at improving livelihoods and alleviating poverty. And JACK had the experiences of working in various provinces and zones of Afghanistan.

JACK registered under the Ministry of Economy with registration number, 316. The organization works in Collaboration with other line Ministries, NGOs, INGOs, and donor communities.

The mandate of JACK is to improve lives of the people we touch through our programs. We strive to have a community that is empowered, participates in its development and can use the resources available to them to get what they want.  We work to assist communities in their efforts that lead them to self- help and in essence self- reliance that comes with economic and social independence.

1. Record, compile, analyse and interprets health data and information
2. Data entry, data analysis, data check, providing technical assistance and feedback to HFs staff,
3. and other relevant health supervisors.
4. Identify and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies
5. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting routine checks and validations
6. Analyze HMIS data, particularly P4P indicators and prepare the monthly and quarterly consolidated reports and present the report to the Senior Management team at the national level.
7. Responsible for follow up and verifying of monthly and Quarterly HMIS reports BPHS/EPHS project.
8. Ensure that all data management activities are well-documented and easily accessible
9. Ensure timely submission of reports to relevant Database
10. Maintain good spirit of coordination between stockholders in HMIS.
11. Participate in HMIS subcommittee meetings, HMIS joint supervision and other HMIS activities regularly
12. Obtain maps, databases, reports, and other information resources from main office
13. Follow up the roll and policy JACK.
14. Perform any other duties as needed.

Education: MD, and public Health expert.

Work Experience:  At least 5 five years of experience in the field of HMIS, data management, monitoring and evaluation.

Skills: knowledge in data management, HMIS national database (DHIS2), HeRAM and any other online platform and having excellent Computer Skills and MS Office knowledge, particularly MS Excel.

Languages: Fluency in English and Local Language (Pashto and Dari)

General: Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
