Graphic Designer

Focus Development Organization (FDO) is a leading NGO committed to empowering communities in Afghanistan through education, health, and economic development initiatives. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Officer to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. They will develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop graphics and visual images for product illustrations, logos, social media posts and websites.
• Create designs using computer software (photoshop, illustrator etc).
• Coordinate with other team members, including writers, marketers, and printers, to ensure quality production.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
• Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other visual design tools.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred.
