• Conduct regular field visits to provinces/project sites to support the MEAL Officers in provinces and conduct spot checks.
• Implement M&E tools and processes to track project progress, achievements, and challenges.
• Collect data and conduct physical checks to verify the accuracy and reliability of reported information.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of project data by conducting periodic checks and spot audits.
• Collaborate with the MEAL Officer in Badakhshan to verify program data and address any discrepancies.
• Assist in the production of comprehensive M&E reports highlighting project achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Ensure that all project data and reports are accurately documented and stored securely.

• Bachelor's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) or related fields.
• Experience in conducting field visits, spot checks, and data collection for development or humanitarian projects, preferably in challenging environments.
• Previous experience working with community-based programs in provinces such as Badakhshan or other similar regions.

• Knowledge, understanding and commitment to organizational policies
• Willingness to travel to provinces when planed by the management
• Willingness to work outside official hours

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in both national language (Dari & Pashto) oral and written
• Fluency in English is a must both oral and written
