.

We are looking for a qualified registered Nurse to promote and restore patients’ health. He / She will work with a variety of patients, and will provide direct nursing care along with physical or psychological support when required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Nurse Will Conduct physical exams to assess patients’ health need and determine the best nursing care for all patients.
• Monitoring document, reporting symptoms and changes in the patients’ conditions.
• Checking patient’s health history, most recent physical evaluations, allergies, and other relevant variables.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to plan patient care, implement it, and evaluate the outcomes.
•  Administer medications and treatments to patients according to prescriptions made by physicians or according to certain protocols.
• Counsel patients on disease, their side effects, and possible interactions with other medications they may be taking at the same time.
• Operate medical equipment such as blood pressure monitors, thermometers, glucose testing kits, stethoscopes, and more in order to get recent information about patient’s conditions and fill in their charts.
• Assist in surgery and other medical procedures like emergencies.
• He / She may require to prepare surgical rooms and medical equipment. They may also provide care to patients before, during, and after surgeries.
• Train nurses, nursing assistants, and other nursing staff, as well as healthcare assistants.
• Any other duties which assigned by the supervisor.

1. Education

• A nursing certificate is required from a recognized institute/university & should have passed the Exit exam.

2. Experience

• 3+ years of relevant work experience from recognized hospitals.

3. Personal Skills & Abilities:

• Must have command on Written and verbal communication of local languages (Pashto & Dari), English is preferable.
• Should be a good observer, caring, compassionate, kind, and empthatic.
