We are looking to hire a talented full stack PHP developer to manage our back-end services and ensure a seamless interchange of data between the server and our users and also to manage our front-end UI and requests. As a full stack developer, you will be responsible for developing and coding server-side logic, taking care of relationships, data consistency and data integration. You will also be required to optimize UI and maintain front-end codes.

To ensure success as a full stack developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming and working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS. Ultimately, a top-level PHP Developer can design and build efficient PHP modules while seamlessly integrating front-end technologies.

Duties & Responsibilities

1.     Collaborative Technical Design: Work closely with architecture and front-end teams to design robust, scalable solutions and establish detailed technical roadmaps for each project.

2.     Project Lifecycle Management: Define and manage the complete software development lifecycle, including research, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and evaluation, ensuring all stages adhere to high technical standards.

3.     Technical Project Execution: Lead and manage software development projects with a focus on delivering clean, maintainable code and high-quality outcomes from inception to completion.

4.     Application Systems Monitoring: Oversee the implementation and optimization of enterprise application systems. Perform in-depth needs assessments, technical evaluations, and strategic planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.

5.     Code Quality and Continuous Integration: Conduct detailed code reviews, implement CI/CD pipelines, and enforce coding standards. Provide technical mentorship to developers and ensure adherence to best practices.

6.     Technology Evaluation and Integration: Stay current with emerging technologies and software development trends. Integrate cutting-edge solutions to keep applications up-to-date and future-proof.

7.     Full Software Development Cycle: Oversee the complete software development process, ensuring clean architecture, efficient codebase management, and seamless deployment.

8.     Database and Web Application Development: Demonstrate advanced skills in database design (MySQL) and web-based application development using frameworks like Laravel.

9.     Development Standards Enforcement: Champion best practices for software architecture, coding, and documentation. Ensure all software is scalable, maintainable, and adheres to high technical standards.

10. Code Quality Assurance: Ensure rigorous adherence to clean code principles and the SOLID framework across the development team.

11. Requirements Engineering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, translating them into actionable development tasks and technical documentation.

12. UI/UX Design Expertise: Collaborate on crafting responsive, accessible, and highly interactive user interfaces. Employ technologies such as PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, React, Next.js, jQuery, Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap to enhance the user experience.

13. Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize applications for maximum performance and minimal load times, adhering to industry best practices.

14.  Adaptability in Technical Tasks: Tackle additional tasks as assigned, leveraging technical expertise to manage any challenge efficiently.

15.  Professional in System Designs: Have experience in different System Designs and Modularizations in ERP projects.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field and Master degree is an asset.

Knowledge of front-end technologies including Vue.js, jQuery, Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap.

Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming and its frameworks as Laravel.

Proficient with code versioning tools including Git and GitHub.

Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Professional Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of progressive work experience in a related field.

Language Knowledge:

Proficiency in Pashto, Dari, and English.
