Job Descriptions

1. Front-end Development:
   1. Develop user interfaces ensuring responsive design and optimal user experience.
   2. Implement and maintain front-end functionalities using HTML, CSS and CSS frameworks (bootstrap, Tailwindcss), and JavaScript frameworks (Alpine Js, React Js, Vue Js).
   3. Collaborate with designing of UX/UI of the upcoming systems that need to be develop.
2. Back-end Development:
   1. Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using programming languages such as PHP (Laravel and livewire frameworks), Node.js and Java Scrip.
   2. Implement database architecture and management, including database design, optimization, and maintenance (e.g., MySQL or SQL databases).
3. Server Management and Deployment:
   1. Configure and manage web servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
   2. Deploy applications to production environments.
4. API Development:
   1. Design and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs to facilitate communication between the front-end and back-end components.
   2. Ensure proper authentication and authorization mechanisms for secure data transfer.
5. Testing and Debugging:
   1. Write unit tests and conduct thorough testing of both front-end and back-end components.
   2. Debug and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
   1. Work closely with IT team to understand project requirements and objectives.
7. Version Control:
   1. Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards through code reviews.
8. Continuous Learning:
   1. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
   2. Continuously enhance skills in both front-end and back-end technologies.
9. Security Compliance:
   1. Implement security best practices to protect against common web application vulnerabilities.
   2. Regularly update dependencies and perform security audits to identify and address potential threats.
10. Performance Optimization:
    1. Optimize web applications for speed and efficiency, considering factors like page load times and server response times.
11. Implement caching mechanisms and other performance improvement strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Computer science.

Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications in web development
