MCC-JCL Aynak Minerals Company Limited (“the Company”) has been incorporated in Afghanistan as a limited liability company on 09 September 2008  under the Corporation and Limited Liability Companies Law of Afghanistan. The registered office of the company is situated in Kabul, Afghanistan.The company was established by MCC Tongsin Resource Limited (“MCCT”) and Jiangxi Copper Company Limited (“JCL”) for the implementation of the Mining Contract for the Aynak Copper Deposit signed between the Government of Afghanistan and MCC-Jiangxi Copper Consortium (“the Consortium”) on 25 May 2008 (effective date 08 September 2008). The Consortium comprises of China Metallurgical Group Corporation (“MCC”) (parent entity of MCCT), and JCL. Under the Mining Contract, the Consortium was granted mineral rights for a period of 30 years to undertake exploration, exploitation, processing, smelting and sale of the Aynak Copper Deposit.

1. Mine Ventilation and Safety: Learn the basic knowledge of mine ventilation systems. Study the causes and prevention measures of mine fires.
2. Mine Blasting Engineering: Understand the basic principles, methods, and safety regulations of mine blasting; master safety management and accident prevention measures in blasting operations.
3. Mine Emergency Rescue: Learn about emergency response plans and drills for mine accidents. Master the use of rescue equipment and rescue operation skills.
4. Occupational Health and Safety: Understand the hazards of occupational diseases in mining environments and their prevention measures. Master the correct use and management of protective gear for miners.
5. Mine Safety Regulations and Management: Understand the establishment and implementation methods of mine safety management systems.
6. Safety Technology and Detection: Learn about mine safety monitoring and detection equipment and their applications. Understand the methods and technologies for mine safety risk assessment.
