Mechanical and Electrical Technician

MCC-JCL Aynak Minerals Company Limited (“the Company”) has been incorporated in Afghanistan as a limited liability company on 09 September 2008  under the Corporation and Limited Liability Companies Law of Afghanistan. The registered office of the company is situated in Kabul, Afghanistan.The company was established by MCC Tongsin Resource Limited (“MCCT”) and Jiangxi Copper Company Limited (“JCL”) for the implementation of the Mining Contract for the Aynak Copper Deposit signed between the Government of Afghanistan and MCC-Jiangxi Copper Consortium (“the Consortium”) on 25 May 2008 (effective date 08 September 2008). The Consortium comprises of China Metallurgical Group Corporation (“MCC”) (parent entity of MCCT), and JCL. Under the Mining Contract, the Consortium was granted mineral rights for a period of 30 years to undertake exploration, exploitation, processing, smelting and sale of the Aynak Copper Deposit.

1. Basic Mechanical Knowledge: Master the fundamental principles and methods of mechanical transmission, mechanical part design, and calculation. Understand mechanical processing techniques and equipment, as well as mastering manufacturing processes and quality control methods.  
2. Basic Electrical Knowledge: Learn the basics of direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) circuits, and circuit analysis methods. Master the operation and control of motors and generators. Understand power electronic devices and conversion technologies.  
3. Mining Equipment and Machinery: Familiarize yourself with the types, structures, working principles, and maintenance methods of mining equipment such as crushers, hoists, and conveyor systems. Master the working principles, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mining electrical equipment, including transformers, motors, and power distribution systems.  
4. Automation and Control Technology: Study the basic concepts and theories of control systems, and master methods for analyzing and designing automatic control systems. Understand the working principles and applications of various sensors, and grasp detection technologies and data collection methods.  
5. Mining Equipment Management: Master the methods of managing, maintaining, and servicing mining equipment, and understand equipment management systems and asset management.
