Job Summary:

Sayas Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Professional Survey Engineer specializing in structural and road builder surveys to join our team. The Professional Survey Engineer will be responsible for conducting detailed surveys of structures, analyzing data, and providing accurate measurements for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural surveying techniques, equipment operation, road building surveying techniques and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed surveys of structures including buildings, road and other infrastructure.
• Utilize advanced surveying tools and software to collect, analyze, and interpret survey data accurately.
• Familiarity with total station and leveling.
• Provide precise measurements and boundary determinations for structural projects.
• Prepare comprehensive survey reports, drawings, and documentation to support engineering and construction activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and architects to ensure survey data meets project requirements.
• Assist in the design and planning of structural projects based on survey findings.
• Maintain and calibrate survey equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols during surveying operations.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in structural surveying technology and methodologies.

Reporting to: Head of Program

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (Master degree is preferred).
• At least 5 years’ experience in structural surveying and data analysis.
• Have proven practical experience in the field of survey in all type of project.
• Proficiency in using advanced surveying tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in outdoor settings and varying conditions.
• Certification as a Licensed Surveyor is preferred.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in the local language and in English.
