Action for welfare and Development of Rural Environment Organization (AWDREO) is a non-governmental, Non-profit and non- political Organization engaged in Multi Sector programs in the realms of Education, Livelihood, Community Development, Capacity building, Human Resource Management, Emergency Response health and WASH.

AWDREO established in 2015, aims to be a catalyst for promoting peace, stability and development, alongside the government of Afghanistan, by targeting the marginalized. Women, girl’s youth and children, the illiterate and the poor people in Rural Communities.

• Develop comprehensive training manual to be well understood to beneficiaries
• Conducting theoretical and practical training to target beneficiaries using training material provided.
• Develop daily action plan and travels to villages to implement the project activities.
• Bring necessary amendments to the training package in coordination of her supervisor, if needed
• Ensure that the training meet the needs of the targeted beneficiaries.
• Test and evaluate improvement and achievement of beneficiaries in technical knowledge and vocational skills through conducting Pre- Test and Post- Test.
• Prepare and submit the monthly reports to the project manager.
• Perform any other tasks as required by the project.

• Have bachelor degree in agricultural studies
• At least 3 years of practical experience in similar position/training in NGO or INGO.
• Excellent communication skill of the local language (Dari)
• Good English and Computer skills (Office Package)
• Presentation skill
• Reporting skill
• Willing to work in Bamiyan Center, Dara -e- Fuladi Village
• Personal attributes: Honest and hardworking.
• Respectful of Village culture and community traditions.
