Royal Mazar LTD is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, with a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. You will collaborate with clients to understand their vision, develop innovative design concepts, and manage projects from inception to execution.

Proficiency in artificial intelligence (AI) tools for design optimization and layout generation is preferred, as it will help us deliver cutting-edge solutions. You will work closely with architects and contractors to ensure seamless integration of designs into our projects while staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies to uphold Royal Mazar LTD’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating them into functional designs.
• Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, materials, and finishes.
• Utilize AI tools for design optimization and presentation enhancement.
• Prepare visual presentations and mood boards to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to assess spaces and monitor the implementation of design plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide cutting-edge design solutions.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or 3ds Max.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as an Interior Designer or in a similar role within the design industry.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in one or more of the following software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite; experience with AI design tools is a plus.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects and design concepts.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
