Job Descriptions:

Objectives

The reporting officer's primary objective is to ensure accurate and high-quality report development. He collects, analyze, and consolidate data from various sources to create reports that reflect the project's activities, progress, and impact. The objective is to provide stakeholders, donors, and partners with reliable information about the NGO's and project’s operations, outcomes, and status.

Responsibilities

  1. Report Development:
  • Develop and prepare baseline, technical semi-annual, end-term and ad-hop progress reports for each project that effectively communicate the organization's progress, achievements, and challenges.
  • Prepare the reports in excellent graphics, and style.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to gather data, success stories, and other information for report compilation.
  • Ensure the reports are accurate, well-organized, and aligned with organizational goals.
  1. Evaluation:

Shall analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports that assess the effectiveness of strategies, projects, or programs. These reports shall identify areas of improvement, track progress towards goals, and ensure accountability.

 

Job Requirements:

Education, Skills and Abilities

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Management Science, Development Studies, Journalism, Political Science,
  2. A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in reporting, communications, public relations, project development, data Analysis, data visualization and report writing
  3. Great writing skills in English
  4. Ability to translate from Dari and Pashto to English and vice versa
  5. Discipline to respond to email inquiries on time and meet the reporting deadlines
