The Youth Peer Afghanistan Organization (YPAO) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate our youth-focused programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs aimed at empowering young people in Afghanistan. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for youth development, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Program Manager should play a crucial role in Youth Peer Afghanistan Organization (YPAO) by overseeing and coordinating the project or programs to ensure they align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, or similar).
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management tools.
• Knowledge of relevant technologies specific (MS Office).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
