Job Summary:
Nuristan ira Private School is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee its financial activities, ensuring compliance with educational funding guidelines and supporting the school's financial sustainability. The ideal candidate will manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, working closely with school leadership to foster a strong financial foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement financial strategies that support the school's mission and goals.
2. Prepare, monitor, and analyze the school’s annual budget, forecasting future financial needs.
3. Manage cash flow to ensure operational efficiency.
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
6. Handle payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable functions.
7. Coordinate audits and work with external auditors.
8. Advise on cost-saving initiatives and financial risk management.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification preferred).
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Skills: Proficiency in financial software, budgeting, and cash flow management; strong Excel skills.
4. Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and a collaborative approach.
