Job Descriptions:

  • Manage on-site construction activities of the administrative complex and monitor construction materials.
  • Ensure complete adherence to the engineering and construction plan for the administrative complex as per the prepared design.
  • Supervise the construction of infrastructure for scanners and the administrative complex.
  • Timely reporting of construction material sampling, such as concrete and compaction, to the relevant authority.
  • Ensure work progress and approve company invoices in accordance with the work progress.
  • Resolve technical and engineering issues that arise during project execution.
  • Manage resources, costs, and timelines associated with infrastructure construction.
  • Conduct thorough supervision of all activities and completed work on the construction project.
  • Identify and address any technical issues that arise during project implementation.
  • Prepare comprehensive and accurate reports on project progress, existing issues, and provide effective suggestions for performance improvement.
  • Perform other duties assigned by relevant authorities.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in construction and road projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, and SAFE.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to establish effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Language: Full proficiency in national languages (Dari/Pashto) and working knowledge of English.
  • Management Skills: Ability to manage time, resources, and lead a team to achieve project goals.
