Waiters play a crucial role in the dining experience by serving food and beverages to staff in offices, cafes, and other dining establishments. They ensure employee satisfaction through attentive service, taking orders accurately, and providing timely delivery of food and drinks. Waiters must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patrons and address any issues that may arise. They are responsible for preparing tables, processing payments, and maintaining a clean dining environment. The position demands physical stamina, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
Taking staff orders and delivering food and beverages
Greet and escort employees to their tables
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning
Follow all relevant HSE department regulations
 

Minimum of a 12th-grade education; culinary training is advantageous.

 At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within NGOs, hotels, or restaurants.

Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work in shifts
