Youth Peer Afghanistan Organization YPAO is seeking for MEAL Manager to develop, implement, and oversee the MEAL framework for all YPAO projects, ensuring effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning processes that support project goals and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in a MEAL role, preferably within the NGO sector.

• Strong analytical and data management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a culturally sensitive and inclusive manner.

• Proficiency in English and Dari/Pashto.
