• Well understand Governmental all Documents process.
• Coordinate with government for issuance of local employees’ work permit.
• Follow up of Nat & international employees clearances .
• Renewal of Armored Vehicle Card and driving documents with Ministry of Interior.
• Acquire and renew VIP cards for the expat employees’ from External Affairs Ministry.
• Attestation and verification of employees’ educational certificates.
• Support technical, sales and marketing Departments of Etisalat Afghanistan for any government issue related to land owner, municipality, sales campaigns, offers and new promotions.
• Develop, strengthen and keep good relations with government departments & authorities.
• Keep updated contact list of government ministries, security, and civilian Government Departments & Directorates.
• Prepare weekly & monthly visa, work permit, and security clearance renewal plan.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarter, and yearly reports and presentations.
• Assist line manager in reports or any other tasks required.
Essential Requirement:
High School Graduate with one year of relevant experience.
Preferred Requirement:
Bachelor of Law & Polytical Science with one year of relevant expereince.
