Mawj Noor Construction and Logistic servicecaims to contribute to the rehabilitation and development process of Afghanistan through the planning designing and undertaking of construction projects.

We seek a reliable Construction Manager to join our team. In this role, he will be responsible for planning construction projects and overseeing their progress from start to finish in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Construction Manager's key responsibilities will include budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects. Also, he will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Your expertise in project management will be crucial in coordinating resources, resolving any issues that may arise, and delivering successful construction projects.

1. Good Pashto, Dari and English language skills.
2. Good communication, reporting and Problem-solving skills.
3. Good in using Engineering software.
4. Ability to travel frequently, and spend time in the field.
5. At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
6. Education: At Least Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
7. Proven working experience in construction management
8. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
9. Expert knowledge of Road products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
10. Understanding of all facets of the construction process
11. Familiarity with construction management software packages
12. Competent in conflict and crisis management
13. Excellent time and project management skills
14. BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field (having a higher degree is preferred.)
