Monitor, control, and supervise the daily activities of assigned sales channels (Franchises, Mini Franchisees, Top-Up & Scratch Card Distributors, Dealers, Retailers) within the assigned Province to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained across all sales channels related to Indirect Sales, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence within the assigned province
Provide ongoing guidance, training, and coaching to sales channel agents, enhancing their product knowledge and operational efficiency, while ensuring adherence to company standards and policies
Oversee the accurate maintenance of all records and documentation related to sales channels and agents, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing sales and activities across the region, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement.
Ensure proper placement and visibility of merchandising materials across outlets, Franchises, Mini Franchises, Afghan Post offices, and other telecom business-related locations to maximize brand presence.
Conduct regular visits to assigned outlets, Franchises, Mini Franchises, and Afghan Post offices, ensuring 100% availability and visibility of products to drive increased revenue
Ensure the timely submission of required documentation in line with established KPIs, maintaining compliance with internal and external reporting deadlines.
Continuously update Afghan Post, Franchises, Mini Franchises, mHawala agents, Voucher and E.Top Up Dealers, and retailers on product knowledge in alignment with company policies and procedures.
Drive the enrollment of new Afghan Post offices, Franchises, Mini Franchises, mHawala agents, Vouchers, and E.Top Up Dealers and retailers, focusing on enhancing new line acquisition and revenue generation. Prioritize the development of mHawala and E-Top Up businesses across the assigned Province
Focus on the development of rural areas, working to ensure that all sites become profitable and sustainable in the long term.
Monitor stock levels across the region to ensure product availability. Proactively report any stock shortages to the Indirect Sales department to prevent disruptions in sales.
Ensure the effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and processes, along with strict adherence to ATRA’s rules and regulations, safeguarding the company’s reputation and compliance with market regulations.
Provide timely updates and insights into competitor activities and movements in the market, keeping the team informed of industry trends and shifts.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with existing sales channel agents, particularly in navigating challenges posed by ATRA, other government bodies, and law enforcement agencies.
High School Graduate with one year of relevant experience.
