Job Descriptions:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Training Delivery:
    • Design and deliver interactive, practical training sessions focused on creating professional CVs, writing applications for jobs, writing emails, mastering interview techniques, and other job-related skills.
    • Ensure that the training curriculum aligns with the project’s objectives and caters to the participants’ specific needs.
    • Develop content for workshops, including presentation materials, case studies, role-playing exercises, and mock interviews.
    • Incorporate digital platforms and tools for virtual career preparedness, such as tips for online interviews.
    • Offer personalized feedback and mentorship to participants, helping them tailor their CVs and refine their interview skills.
    • Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions to address specific concerns and guide participants in navigating their career paths.
    • Track participants’ progress during workshops through pre- and post-assessments.
    • Submit detailed reports summarizing workshop outcomes, challenges faced, and participant feedback.
    • Provide input for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) activities to ensure the project’s success and sustainability.
    • Communicate with the Project Manager regularly regarding training progress and any challenges encountered.

Expected Outcomes

  • Participants will acquire the skills needed to create professional CVs and confidently participate in interviews (in-person and online).
  • At least 85% of participants demonstrate improvement in their job-readiness skills as measured by pre- and post-assessments.
  • Participants feel empowered to pursue employment opportunities or further education.

Job Requirements:

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  2. Experience:
    • At least 3 years of experience in professional development training, career counseling, or employability skills programs.
    • Demonstrated experience in conducting workshops and training for diverse groups, particularly women.
  3. Skills:
    • Expertise in email writing, CV writing, interview techniques, and career development practices.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage participants effectively.
    • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for career readiness training.
    • Fluency in Dari/Pashto and English is essential.
