Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting preferably qualified chartered accountant, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive financial performance and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Qualified chartered accountant or master’s degree in finance/Accounting from Well-known academic institutions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, spreadsheet analysis, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the a livestock or Poultry firm is a plus point.
