Job Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of traditional and contemporary Pakistani and Indian dishes, including curries, kebabs, biryanis, breads, and desserts.
  • Manage kitchen operations for the respective cuisine, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Create and follow standardized recipes while maintaining authentic flavors.
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Innovate and present new dishes to enhance the menu offerings.
  • Monitor food stock levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely supply of ingredients.
  • Maintain consistency in taste and presentation of dishes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional cooking experience in Pakistani or Indian cuisine.
  • Deep knowledge of spices, traditional cooking methods, and regional dishes.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple orders.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Creative flair for menu development and plating techniques.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
