1. Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and target market for products and services (Media and Enterprise related).
2. Experienced in writing of proposals, concept notes and quotation.
3. Conducting Door to Door Sales, selling through telephone and email.
4. Build and maintain positive work relationships with clients to create a rapport that facilitates engaging opportunities and generates revenue.
5. Set and enforce company standards for operations and quality of service.
6. Develop and implement strategies effective for the extensive sales and awareness about company products and services.
7. Monitor the industry (Media & Enterprise) and competitors to identify changes in market trends and adjust accordingly.
8. Meeting sales objectives by hitting sales Target.
9. Communicate with clients to identify their product/service requirements and facilitate supply.
10. Employ knowledge of products and services in providing appropriate response to client enquiries and also in assisting with the resolution of customer issues or complaints.
11. Drafting quotation and maintaining track record of Sales & Leads’ funnel.
12. Collect, analyze, and interpret sales records to obtain information useful in preparing reports.
13. Organize periodic meetings with clients (Post Sales Activities for Customer Retention).
14. Ensure compliance with customer service standards, Speed of Service Delivery and proper customer relationship management.
15. Participate in educational workshops, conferences and expos to expand personal network and improve on existing job knowledge.
16. Any other tasks which might be assigned. 

Bachelor in administrations, sales and marketing, business or related fields.

3-5 years proven experience in sales and marketing—minimum 2 years in sales.

Strong Dari, Pashto and English capabilities, written and oral.

Strong communication and client handling skills.

Strong interpersonal and soft skills.

Practical knowledge of computer program i.e. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
