Job Descriptions:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Looking after overall Sales and operation of entire Afghanistan.
  • Target splitting base on regions and it’s monitoring daily, weekly, monthly 
  • Market expansion, covering white space and adding new customers.
  •  New staffs training and their capacity building enhancement.
  • Daily communication with outstations SDs about their operation and dispatches.
  • Attending opening and closing with DSF’s on daily basis.
  • Jointly and individual market visit Kabul.
  • Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
  • Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
  • Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
  • Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits.
  • Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
  • Daily settlement with company and order booking for tomorrow.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
