PU-AMI (known globally as Première Urgence Internationale, PUI) is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political and non-religious international aid organization. PU-AMI’s teams are committed to support vulnerable communities and populations, those marginalized, hit by conflict, natural disaster or economic downturns. PU-AMI’s main objective is to contribute to reduction in morbidity and mortality, and provide emergency relief to those in immediate need in order to help them regain their dignity.

Afghan mission is the oldest of PUI missions, with the first medical intervention launched in 1979 just after the Soviet troops crossed the country’s borders. PU-AMI teams currently deliver the integrated health care, combined with nutrition, psychosocial support; water, sanitation and hygiene (wash), as well as trauma services. The organization implements projects mainly in eastern parts of the country, and increasingly in the South-East Region. Since the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, PU-AMI has also positioned itself as one of the main actors in preparedness and response to the pandemic, implementing health and wash-cantered activities at health facilities and community level in Kabul and beyond.

Globally, PUI provides assistance to around 6 million people in 23 countries and across 5 continents: Africa, Asia, Middle East, Latin America, and Europe.

 

پی یو ای ام آی که در سطح جهان به نام پی یو آی شناخته میشود یک اداره غیردولتی، غیرانتفاعی، غیرسیاسی و غیر مذهبی مدد رسان بین ا لمللی میباشد.

تیم های  پی یو ای ام آی متعهد به حمایت  و کمک جوامع و جمعیت های آسیب پذیر به انهاییکه در اإثر منازعات- حوادث طبیعی و رکود اقتصادی منزوی شده اند میباشد.  هدف عمده پی یو ای ام آی کمک در کاهش مرگ و میر -کمک عاجل به اعاده و بازیابی حیثیت ووقار  انهاییکه در نیاز فوری قرار دارند میباشد.

 ماموریت افغانستان  قدیمی  ترین مآموریت پی یو آی بوده و  با اولین مداخله در بخش صحی در سال1979  فقط درست بعد از عبور نیروهای شوروی از مرز های کشور آغاز شد.

تیم های پی یو ای ام آی در حال حاضر مراقبت های صحی ادغام یافته همراه با تغذیه حمایت روانی اجتماعی-آب-نظافت و حفظ ا لصحه واش و خدمات  تردیدات یا تروما را ارایه میدارد.

 این اداره عمدتآ پروژه ها را در  بخش شرقی کشور و بطور فزاینده در مناطق جنوب شرقی کشور  از زمان شیوع  کرونا در  2020  تطبیق مینماید .

پی یو ای ام آی  همچنین منحیث بازیگر اصلی در آمادگی و پاسخ به بیماری همه گیر – اجرای فعالیت های صحی و واش در سطح مراکز صحی و جامعه در کابل و فراتر از آن موقعیت خود را تثبیت نموده است.

 در سطح جهان موسسه پی یو آی در 23 مملکت  جهان به  6 میلیون نفر  در 5 قاره افریقا- آسیا- شرق میانه- امریکای لاتین و اروپا کمک مینماید.

Job Descriptions:

 

Responsibilities and particular assignmentsمسؤلیت ها و وظایف مشخص

  • To assist Ghazni logisticians in their daily work.
  • Drafting procurement documentation and offer for signing to relevant departments
  • Assess relevant suppliers and shop for purchases
  • Manage the stock (storing, dispatching, and inventories).
  • To make physically inventory of office & all HFs.
  • To implement PU-AMI procedures in terms of durable equipment list.
  • To give codes to all assets belonging to PU-AMI.
  • To update soft copy of inventory regularly for SE.
  • Conduct monthly100% physical stock check of all items.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to Logistic Officer.
  • Assist Logistics Team with any others tasks as may be required.
  • It-related responsibilities
  • Be responsible for management of IT equipment in Ghazni Office.
  • Assist in Purchase of IT equipment
  • Update IT filling system.
  • Maintain Ghazni IT equipment
  • Check quality and quantity IT equipment by receiving and issuing.
  • Setup of internet and e-mail connections.
  • Training of staff in basic IT issues (backup, antivirus scan, use of e-mail/outlook)
  • Install and maintain shared printers between computers.
  • Manage digital systems maintenance and installation in all bases (when necessary)
  • Train staff on specific computer programs, updates and procedures, standard procedures of ‘smart’ usage of PCs……

Objective 1هدف اول : Transportation and fleet management

Activities/Main dutiesفعالیت ها/ وظایف عمده:

- a. Responsible of organizing all tasks related to the transport of goods, equipment, materials and medical supplies between the base and to the areas of intervention.

b. Responsible for quotations, management of rental framework contracts, supervision of drivers and movement plan.

c. Responsible for maintain of generator, fueling and service

Objective 2هدف دوم: Procurement

Activities/Main dutiesفعالیت ها/ وظایف عمده:

a. Responsible of all essential steps of procurement: search, find, compare, negotiate, and formalize respecting PU-AMI procedures, under the supervision of the logistic officer and with the technical support of Logistics regional manager.

b. To signs documents of purchase files which amounts are below admitted thresholds set for field validation.

c. Regular updating pf Purchase follow up

d- Preparation of RFQs, EQRs, and sharing with suppliers.

e- Preparing of PO and PO follow up and contract follow up and preparing the filing system hard and soft.

f. Drafting procurement documentation and offer for signing to relevant

g. Assess relevant suppliers and shop for purchases

Objective 3هدف سوم : Stock Management/ Inventories

Activities/Main dutiesفعالیت ها/ وظایف عمده:

a. To supervises the logistics stocks management in Ghazni base.

b. To supervises the regularly update of inventories in the Health Facilities and in the bases. make regular physical checks and report to the logistic officer and Logistic manager in case of any missing items.

Objective 4هدف چهارم IT Management/ Inventories

Activities/Main dutiesفعالیت ها/ وظایف عمده:

a.     To management of IT equipment in Ghazni Office

b.    To update IT filling system

c.     Training of staff in basic IT issues (backup, antivirus scan, use of e-mail/outlook)

d.    To activates the email, add for new hired staff and deactivate those staff emails that resigned.

e.     Close coordination with IT senior officer regarding the IT issues.

f.     To keep update inventory of all IT equipment’s and maintain all IT equipment regular

Objective 5هدف پنجم Reporting/Communication :

    Activities/Main dutiesفعالیت ها/ وظایف عمده:

a. To keeps a strong communication with the logistic officer, Cooks, Cleaners, Drivers, Logistic manager and Head of Base.

b. To provides a Monthly stock report, fleet report and purchase follow-up as per PU-AMI template to the logistic office.

Objective 6هدف ششم: Management of National and Expat GH:

Other activities/Main dutiesفعالیت ها/ وظایف عمده:

a. To supervise the GHs on daily base cleaning and maintain if needed.

b. To provides accommodation for national and expat staff.

Job Requirements:

Qualification/ Requirements تحصیلات و شرایط لازمه

•              BCS university degree.

•              2 years working experience in the same field (IT and Logistic).

•              Experience working in an INGO or NGO.

•              Must be fluent in English language, as well as the local languages (Dari and/or Pashto) are required.
