About khana-e- Noor Educational Network (KEN):

IT Manager
The following responsibilities are to be performed for all KEN Schools, and Universities:
1. At least a bachelor's degree from the University of Education or other universities.
2. Have three years of work experience in the department or as a head teacher.
3. Be able to speak Dari and Pashto and be fluent in English if the school principal is not fluent.
4. Be familiar with all teaching and administrative books of the school and know its working methods.
5. Have the necessary skills in order and discipline, guiding teachers and students and resolving their conflicts.
6. Have the ability to control critical and emergency situations.
7. Be fully familiar with the law, regulations and education bills.
Article 20: Powers and responsibilities of the head teacher:
1. Ensuring order and discipline from the beginning to the completion of the relevant students' class time.
2. Guide teachers in teaching, worrying, arranging report cards, preparing exam results and duties.
3. Monitoring and evaluating the teaching process of teachers and observing their lessons.
4. Signing and addressing all relevant teaching books.
5. Registering the first attendance sheets of students after applying the basis to the results table.
6. Protecting the student records and ensuring that the scores are entered in them after the end of the annual exams by the relevant concerned.
7. Arranging the classification book, the three-part registration book of those who have been brought and those who have been slaves independently.
8. Arranging the table for recording the scores of the probationary exam, excuses, setting the exams of this section and dealing with the relevant results table and student records.
9. Having a file to keep a copy of the student's illness certificates and dealing with them after ensuring their accuracy in the student's attendance book and sending the original of the illness certificate to the archive and exams.
10. Having an annual, monthly and daily work plan.
IT Manager job requirments
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in BCS or related field with 5 years of progressive experience in a senior position with national or international organization.
Experience: Experience in the education sector is preferable.

Head Master Job Requirement
Have been through English medium Schooling, is an advantage
Year of Experience: 1-3 years of Cambridge or Oxford System Teaching
Good communication and writing skills and fluent in speaking in English language
Command on computer i.e. MS Office, and internet
Personal Competencies: Problem Solving and leadership skills.
