Motorcycle Rider (5 Positions/Vacancies)

Rahat Logistics IT Solutions is expanding into Mazar-e-Sharif, Kandahar, Herat, Jalalabad, and Khost, offering logistics and IT services with a focus on efficiency and innovation. We are hiring 5 Logistics Managers and 5 Riders (Motorcycle Couriers) to ensure smooth operations and reliable delivery services.

Logistics Manager (5 Positions/Vacancies)

Location: [Mazar e Sharif, Kandahar, Herat, Jalalabad, Khost]
Salary: 10,000 AFN per month + Increase based on performance

Job Summary:

The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries, managing the rider, and coordinating with the central office in Kabul. They will ensure efficiency in logistics, customer satisfaction, and business growth in the assigned province.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily delivery operations within the province.
• Supervise and support the rider to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track and report branch performance to the head office in Kabul.
• Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Optimize routes to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics standards.
• Train and guide the rider to improve efficiency and professionalism.
• Take on extra tasks and assignments from the General Manager to enhance operations and support business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics or delivery management is a plus .
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the local area and transportation networks.
• Ability to solve problems and handle operational challenges.

Motorcycle Rider (5 Positions/Vacancies)

Location: [Mazar e Sharif, Kandahar, Herat, Jalalabad, Khost]
Salary: 5,000 AFN per month + commission

Job Summary:

The Rider is responsible for delivering packages quickly and safely to customers while providing excellent service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages on time.
• Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently.
• Communicate with customers about deliveries when needed.
• Collect cash-on-delivery payments (if required).
• Take care of the delivery motorbike and follow traffic rules.
• Report any delivery issues to the Branch Logistics Manager.
• Perform extra task as assigned by Branch Logistics Manager

Qualifications:

• Know how to ride motorcycle
• Experience in delivery services is a plus.
• Familiarity with the local area and routes.
• Basic communication and customer service skills.
